We are the only dedicated Property Litigation firm in the Thames Valley. As specialists in both commercial and residential property matters, we work closely with a wide range of clients to successfully resolve their disputes and maximise the value of their property assets in a cost-effective way.

We also serve the evolving needs of our commercial clients by providing strategic landlord and tenant advice that focuses on analysing, avoiding and mitigating risk.

The firm is led by Gary Parkinson and Tahlia Woollatt, who between them have over 40 years’ experience in Property Litigation and are highly regarded experts in this hugely complex and specialised area of law. Having both worked in city firms and extensively in the Thames Valley, Gary and Tahlia created Parkinson Woollatt to redefine legal services by offering highly specialist, commercially focused expertise combined with a responsive, personal service you won’t find anywhere else.

We have extensive experience in carrying out complex negotiations and in proactively resolving disputes through strategic negotiation or Alternative Dispute Resolution – including mediation, adjudication and arbitration. We also regularly act in the High Court and County Court, as well as the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) and First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber). Whatever action we take, our approach is always to seek the best possible outcomes while minimising the costs and risk for our clients.
